SMS terms and conditions
Program description. Our website form offers two separate, optional consents. If you check the transactional or conversational consent box, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Hometown Property Partners LLC related to your real estate inquiry, such as property details, responses to your questions, appointment confirmations, offer details, and updates on a pending transaction. If you also check the marketing consent box, you agree to receive marketing communications from Hometown Property Partners LLC via text messages and phone calls, including property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and where you are in the process.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, submit our form again or text us and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting an offer or purchasing any service from us. You can request an offer without checking the box.

Who we are
Hometown Property Partners LLC is a real estate investment company. "Quick Close" is a marketing name used by Hometown Property Partners LLC. We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents, and we do not represent sellers. We buy properties directly, and in some cases we may purchase through an affiliated entity or assign our purchase agreement to a partner buyer.
Offers are not binding until signed
Any price, estimate, timeline, or other information provided on this website, by phone, by email, or by text message is for discussion purposes only and is not a binding offer to purchase. A purchase becomes binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Closing timelines described on this site, including "as little as 7 days," are typical goals and depend on title work, the closing agent's schedule, and the condition of the property's title.
Your responsibilities
By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are the owner of the property or authorized to discuss its sale. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information.
